GENERAL RENTAL TERMS
DOCUMENTS:
If you are a tourist:
- Foreign passport
- National driving license
If you are a resident:
- ID
- UAE Driving License
PAYMENT:
- AED cash
- US dollars cash
- transfer to the UAE card
- cryptocurrency payment
DEPOSIT:
The deposit is refunded in any convenient way in the absence of fines within 21 days from the return date, since fines are usually received within 3 weeks, and the amount of fines in the UAE is very high, for example, speeding is 600 AED or using a phone while driving is 800 AED
Territory of Operation:
UAE - travel outside the UAE is prohibited (trips to Oman and other countries are not allowed)
Mileage:
Additional mileage is charged at 0.5 AED for each km
Mileage:
- For daily rental: 250 km per day
- For monthly rental: 4500 km per month

Damage to the interior:
The cost of repair or part replacement is charged - about 500 AED per part
A replacement car is provided during the repair period

- If you are the culprit in an accident, you must pay a fine to the police and 10% of the damage

Car Delivery and Pick-up:
- Al Maktoum DWC airport - free of charge
- Delivery within Dubai for rentals from 15 days - free of charge
- Delivery within Dubai for rentals up to 14 days - 150 AED
- Delivery to Sharjah - 200 AED
- Delivery to Abu Dhabi - 300 AED
The car must be returned in the same condition as when received, or additional charges apply:
- Clean car body and clean interior - 50 AED
- Full tank - according to the receipt up to a full refill
Fines and Red Cards:
- Fines are paid within 3 days from the date of receiving the notification (issued within 30 days from the date of violation)
- The fee for paying a fine of 20 AED is charged additionally by Dubai Police.
- The fee for paying for red dots is 50 AED
Toll roads:
- Calculated upon the car return
- 5AED is charged for each SALIK gate pass
